  I got a car from them and not even a week later my CD player went out my keyless entry doesn't work and I was driving at night and my headlights went out on me I could've gotten into a wreck or died and when I told them this at the mattoon location all they told me was to call the service dept. In Decatur so I do that they tell me that I have to pay for half of everything thats wrong and they cant get me in to see them till the end of the month I cant believe that I not only haven't had the car a week but all thats wrong with it plus I would have to pay half . They should pay the whole amount . These people dont care about me or you just to sell you a car and most likely one that doesn't even work properly the worst experience of my life I was ripped off robbed this is completely utterly a scam .
