  Your worker ken is harassing me and others and he is taking advantage of his authority because he work's through the city because complaints made about him never get resolved, he claims to have people in higher positions that will back him up and harass us and others -why he told us that I do not know -
  I do feel like it's a threat, I think it's very unprofessional and since he has a great dislike for us I feel he'll tamper with the water bill. He has made accusations that the ladies who take care of billing for the water bills will charge more than what you owe he gave an example if somebody that is not well-to-do or not liked for some reason gets their water shut off they'll add bogus fees and charges so you have to pay more, I like to believe it's not true, please do not move to Mattoon.
