  I would like to encourage everyone & those who are having problems with staying mobile getting up each and every day walking is a challenge you can't hardly keep going standing is a nightmare for you going to the gym will be your bodies answer might not feel like it but get in a routine there's days times you can get with a trainer they can help you so you can eventually beable to work up to doing more and more every time. Sign up while you can spend at least 30 to 40 min split up the time doing stretching, lifting, walking on the treadmill, bikes, gliding machines I'd do the stairs after you've been doing it awhile that's for the talented : )~ seriously go sign up they will help you learn how to use the machines. Its not a waste of money or time its a once in a lifetime decision for a better way of living for as long as you are able I'd take out 30 min go! It's time to live!! Remember no pain no gain!
