Just picked up our new recliner today. It came in a big box that we have to put together ourselves. Seriously!! The salesman said they'd take our old recliner and dispose of it so we hauled it up their to pick up the new one and of course they wouldn't take it, what a joke. The salesman's there need more knowledge about their job. We won't be spending any more of our money there.

Sales persons were nice and informative. We purchased our first new couch and loveseat here...which we really love. Prices range from reasonable to ridiculous. Great selection for a hometown store.
