  I don't normally complain, and I'm very sad because I used to love this place... but since the new owners took over, this place is going downhill... tonight I simply got an order with beef. Got home, it was cold and had three pieces of beef. I thought, "okay, I'll call and mention it. They'll fix the issue for next time." NOPE! instead, I the owner asked if I was sure there were only 3 pieces. I said yes again. Meanwhile the cook it yelling in the background (he just spoke to her so I know it was about my order). then, he comes back on are you sure again. YES. I looked in the box before calling you... he continues to do nothing. No sorry. No can I jot your number down for when you come in next. Nothing. I've already had other issues with this place and I'm done... used to be great.... sigh
